HAXcms folder needs to be writeable

You can modify permissions in order to achieve this

chmod 0777 /var/www/html/psu_community/webcomponents.psu.edu/cdn

Or the prefered method is to run:

bash /var/www/html/psu_community/webcomponents.psu.edu/cdn/scripts/haxtheweb.sh
